We have a fantastic positive working relationship with the Alsager Partnership ran by Kath Reader, Maria Ashdown and John Poulson. This has driven the community art project to what we see today and without their vision and support none of this would have been possible.
The Alsager Partnership have been inspirational and are developing an exciting and supportive programme of events to raise awareness and provide even more support for people living with dementia, bringing the local community together in a common cause.
As a result of the outstanding work the Alsager Partnership do, Alsager town is now recognised as a Dementia Friendly town
